Please change my representative. Tyler never walks to my car to check on it, I know this because the paper that they use on the floor board is always left in there and it is an accident waiting to happen. I again talked to Mrs. Ivey about my car detail job again. Very unsatisfactory I will not be using the detailing services any more. I have been a customer of that property for 42 years, I have only driven Toyota since 1980 and each one has been purchased there. The place has really gone down hill, I called and let Joe Cleary a voicemail months ago and still have not received a call back. I had to make 3 calls to get an answer about the oil changes on new cars. Poor customer relations and lack of employees who care about returning customers. No more new vehicles bought there!

I was scheduled for a service and tires were not rotated due to needing new tires and fluids topped off only and I was there 1 1/2 hours , I thought I was getting an oil change that that is why it took so long and come to find out it was not a oil change service time , my appt was at 4:30 and was not done till 6pm was bd only fluids were topped off

2 1/2 hours for an oil change/ tire rotation is plainly unacceptable. If any Toyota store needs a new, modern facility it is Bev Smith. My first Toyota was 1979 and I have 3 models currently—2 ‘18s and a ‘21 RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I asked your sales manager to find me the XSE and no one contacted me so I bought one off a truck from your competitor. Seriously? WTF, that’s just incredible. Going forward why on earth would I stick with you for service and sales?
