Kim never disappoints. She is excellent at her job and great to interact with. The service took longer than expected but I know that wasn’t her fault and she always does her best to get me in and out quickly while still making sure everything is done and the vehicle has been thoroughly checked. She is always a pleasure to deal with.

Tim was great to work with. Kept me informed of every step of repairs while waiting for authorization for additional work needed. I also appreciate the tech, Joey, for going through the time consuming diagnostics rather than doing a quick replacement of a costly component. I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment @12:30 pm. for a 10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. At 3 pm they told me when they rotated my tires they found a nail in one. They plugged it anf I finally got my car at 3:30. I know they are short of help because at 3:15 I walked back to the bays and saw a limited numbers of bays unoccupied without technicians. (Maybe if someone other than Brandon was in the Whitehouse, they would not be paying some individuals more to stay home than to work for a living)
BUT, under the circumstances, they should have warned me, offered a loaner car or spaced out the appointments to give clients less wait time.
Funny, while in the waiting room, other clients coming in after I was there, were moving out faster than I was.
Not sure I will be coming back for service at Bev Smith.
