My experience was one that should not have happened. It took almost three hours to complete a 5K service. Stanley entered the incorrect mileage on my lease, putting over 8K in the system when it should have been only 1650 mile and when I disputed it, he never addressed it and I was there too soon; however, I followed the instructions for service from your staff. I was on time for my appointment and Stanley, covering himself stated I was an hour late. Is it policy to lie on customers? In turn, after calling back to your service department, trying to explain my issue, I had to drive back to your establishment to prove that my mileage was what I said it was when calling. Also, I was told that I was there for my second service appointment and it was my first. In all honesty I shouldn’t of been there in the first place, but following the instructions of Bev Toyota found me there unnecessarily.
Please do not ignore this and I hope your you educate your staff on the ends and outs of customer service.

They were unable to correct the problem of my 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid, the gas pump nozzle kicking off after 0.3 gallons, very difficult to fill up my car’s fuel tank. Very disappointed! May have to file a “Lemon Law” claim.

When I made an appointment to get my car serviced I wanted the factory recall for the braking system completed as well. It wasn’t until after I left and reviewed my invoice in more detail was I aware the recall work was not completed and I was not told it would be done at a later date. Seems a little unsafe driving around with a car with a known safety recall open on it. Was told I would be called when the recall is ready to be done. I hope I hear something back. Seems a little unsafe to me.
