Raphael’s service was great. My problem was the long wait. I had a 10:30 appointment and got there a few minutes late and didn’t leave until after 1:00.

Every place I checked with before I came to Bev Smith for the battery was that it was free insulation but Bev Smith charge me $35 also I was denied to use a coupon that I had for Bev Smith they gave me $25 off if I exchange the battery but I was very happy with Tyler
