Satisfied with the service but a three hour wait is not acceptable. I’m used to a one hour. Maybe you should advise customers in advance so they can decide to wait or have someone come with them and take them home.

Requested my tires be rotated as it had been quite a few thousand miles. My receipt/ service order said it was done. Drove another 16 miles back to find in fact it wasn’t done, and I still couldn’t get it done. I will have to do it in the driveway myself or pay a tire shop. This is my second Tacoma TRD with Tech purchased in the last three years from Bev Smith, the Toyota Care package is another reason. If the work is not done, but I have a receipt that it has been, and upon going back it’s not corrected, why buy another from Bev Smith. To say I’m immensely disappointed would be a gross understatement.
