I was completely satisfied with the service. But, the loud annoying music from the sales area at 7:30 in the morning was a bit much. Has anyone ever looked at the age group waiting for their vehicles? Not the kind of music enjoyed by them and not so loud, and I’m hard of hearing. Just my opinion.

I made the appointment last week and there was plenty of time to make sure the had a complete kit…they didn’t and instead of rescheduling when the part was in they sent to vero for one…a 1-2 hour service turned into 4+ hours…since my warranty is up I may have to consider other options

I arrived with a dead battery today. As I sat an waited to possibly hear a choice of batteries, no one came to me. Finally I go outside and the nice guy who was helping me get in with out an appointment came out and said it’s coming out. To my dissatisfaction he told me he had chose a life time battery for me. Never did he discuss this purchase with me or the price. Needless to say, I was totally shocked at the price. It was installed and my car was waiting. I felt totally taken advantage of. I could have gone to auto zone or such locations and purchased their best top of the line battery for half the price. I really feel Bev Smith Toyota **** as to costumer service and seeing a woman as a walking target. I even had to ASK for the $25 discount to his reply he would see what he could do. I guess it’s a dollar in his pocket or someone’s rather than mine.
