The service department was way overbooked. My 11:30 appointment left me waiting in an overcrowded waiting area which could not allow for proper safe spacing for Covid until 4 pm. The rattling in my air conditioner returned a couple of hours later and is not fixed.

I was very dissatisfied with my service I received today. I schedule an appointment that I made weeks prior at 9:00AM for an oil change, my car wasn’t done till 11:05AM. 2Hrs for an schedule oil change is unacceptable I originally had plans that I had to reschedule due to this big inconvenience. I’ve been receiving service from we’ll for some time now and never had to wait this long. I could understand if I was an walk in but I had an appointment and still had to wait 2Hrs. Very disappointed!
