I have been receiving multiple calls/texts from the sales department because they want my vehicle. They also approached me in the service waiting area. When I say no, I mean no, I do not want to trade or sell my vehicle. I understand that vehicles are in short supply, but it really has left me dissatisfied with the spamming of my phone. If I keep getting contacted about selling my vehicle from Bev Smith, I will take my vehicle elsewhere for service and block all of your phone numbers. Kim is a great service advisor, and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else, but if I have to, I will.
