I will NEVER buy a car from ANY Bev Smith dealership again. I financed a five-year Extended Warranty into the price of my loan (HUGE MISTAKE) and was assured EVERYTHING WOULD BE COVERED for five-years. WHAT A LIE; I'm paying for many things that should be covered!!!
I mentioned this to Kim, and she told me I had to go to that department an inquire about it; then said, "this is the price, you need to sign here if you want the work done." Shouldn't she have done this, not me? Isn't that what customer service is all about?
First of all, I owe more on the car than its worth because buying this bogus warranty and can't even unload the car because of this.
Second, Kim, is normally very pleasant and nice. Yesterday she was very snotty to me, and I even called her on it, and she got very annoyed and said, she's not. She obviously was having a bad day and in a bad mood, and decided to take it out on her customers.
Between the fees and the snotty service person, being called in your waiting room from a high pressure sales person. I'm done with this dealership as soon as I can unload this car!!!
