I only deal with Kim Vest. Kim is very Nice and she’s very professional and knowledgeable about my vehicle. My mother has a 2014 Toyota and she will only deal with Kim as well. Bringing my 2018 RAV4 in for any issue Kim is always there with a big smile a warm greeting it feels like you’re meeting with a friend. I’ve dealt with a couple of different service people, that don’t even compare to Kim. I’ve been bringing my vehicles to Bev Smith since I had a 2017 RAV4 and traded it in for my 2018 RAV4. I remember buying my 2018 RAV4 w/12 miles on it, and a week later the tire light came on I brought it in close to 6pm. and Met Tyler. He said he would find out what the issue was no sooner than I went inside I went into the women’s bathroom came out he was outside of the women’s bathroom waiting for me. He told me there’s no issue. The next Day I came outside after working almost 9 hours standing and the rear back tire was completely flat leading me to believe Tyler dimissed me and probably drove it around the back lot. There is no way after leaving my vehicle walking straight to the bathroom may be in there for a minute and he’s outside the bathroom waiting for me? No, never dealing with him again I need to know that my vehicle is being attended to and with the right service tech and that’s Kim Vest. I only trust Kim!

I really hate it when dealerships try to force you into a necessary repairs. I’ve been a mechanical engineer for 20 years so I wouldn’t call me an expert but I wouldn’t call me ignorant either. I will definitely have my truck rechecked at another mechanic. Time will tell, but since I changed my fluids before I brought it in, I know you’re lying when you say my fluid looks like dirt and that it had chunks of metal in it. I can prove you outright lied to my face, so excuse me if I don’t believe you when you say I need $3000 worth of work done… So yeah I’ll never come back to your dealership even if I break down in front of it.

I feel I should have gotten a key fob
that works when I bought the car.
That small of a thing should have been included.
It's a pain having to use the key itself. I expected more from because smith.
