Kim is great, very accommodating. However, I would rate your waiting room atmosphere a “1” on a scale of 1-10. The music blasting is simply awful and too loud. There are employees coming and going at all times...10 at a minimum. Most don’t appear to be doing much work if any. Could this be the reason that your overhead is so high leading to exorbitant prices/rates??? Also, if you want to excel at customer service, re-instate a complimentary car wash and vacuum with each service.

No one explained what exactly was done when the car was serviced. I would appreciate if someone explained to me, this is what we found when your car was inspected. This is the reason the recommendation was given by the service team. This is the work that was done, and let me know what improvement I should notice or feel, as I drive the car. When I turned on my car and drove home, I really didn’t feel any difference from when I brought it in. Just like how I received a bill via email, I could receive a report of the service that was done.
