Tori was terrific, bright articulate and polite. My issue is that they didn’t fix my problem. I was told that they couldn’t recreate the issue. So how is this my problem. I paid 70k for a vehicle and my navigation and entertainment system just drops my connection in the middle of my trip. So if the condition never happens for the short time that the vehicle is in the service department I have to just live with a defective product. I could has bought any vehicle, I bought a Toyota because of it’s supposed superior quality.
