Toyota finally after over a year responded to the Recall for which concerning the issue was exceptional long however feel fortunate no issue came from that and finally fixed and appreciate that being done

Poor services I called days in advance and got my appointment for 9:30 am today I got there 9:26 am and was told my tires was not there and they were on the way I was given an alternative either stay until they arrive or accept a ride home and when the tires arrive they would call me when the job is done I decided to go home have my bkfst and wait on the call which came late well we got back there @ 2 pm approx and did not leave until approx 6 pm my wife complained a lot even when they brought the truck out dirty after taking it in clean on the exterior we were not impressed I have been to your place before many times and never had this problem I’m not impressed we are not even before I left my hood wasn’t even closed just resting on the body of the truck thank God I noticed it ????????
