The only odd things after the service was 1 it was unclear why the tread depth was lower on the front wheels than the back after the tire rotation om a front wheel drive car. Secondly the firmware update didn't sync the profiles and I had to contact BlueLink to start a ticket to fix the sync issue, but the service tech didn't note that issue. I absolutely appreciate the service manager who checked me in and checked me out. They were great and took a look at the treads, plus were appreciative of the note that the firmware update wasn't to the latest release in October, but only was up through March.

I thought I was going to get my air conditioning looked at,and ended up with a oil change I really didn't need. I told them I needed my A C fixed. That what my appointment was setup for. Plus a oil change. Also the door button on the handle was supposed to get fixed That didn't happen either. Really upset, they said they missed understood me.It should have been on the invoice in plan english.
