The service manager was wonderful. However, when I bought my car the salesman offered me free oil changes for life. They informed me it was only 3 years. I don’t appreciate the salesman lying to me. The Honda I traded in had free oil changed for life so I had no reason not to believe him. The sales manager made it right since I drove 2 hours and compd it. But I don’t trust your sales people now.

My 2024 Pallidade was in for first complimentary oil change and rotation. I waited for an hour and 20 minutes to get this done. I’ve been taking care of my cars since I was 16. Never have I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to get this done. I could watch it happening on your monitor so I knew much of the time nothing was happening. As I watched I did not see my tires rotated. When they came to get me when it was done I questioned why my tires were not rotated Your service manager, Kodah, went out and checked with technician. After checking, I was then informed they rotated the passenger side tires but did not rotate driver side because the tires were cupped. Had I not asked and watched I would not have known. This will be fixed. You lost my trust.

I was the first appointment of the day for just an oil change. I got there at 750ish. My car was done and back to me at 1040. 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. And I wouldn't have been so upset however, your camera you have in the waiting g area should all 3 gentleman back there playing, leaning 9n the wall, and basically playing grab **** for 2 hours. It was aggravating watching them screw around. Then your parts manage realized I had been there for almost 3 hours and went to check on it and miraculously it was finished in 10 minutes. I hope this is not how you conduct business regularly. It was very upsetting. Everything else was fine.

The tire rotation went great and that is the main purpose, but this is the second time that no measurement of the tread depth was performed or recorded which makes it difficult to asses the rate of wear on the tires. Last time I was told they were in the "yellow". This time a tech was there and heard me state that a measurement would be ideal to check the wear and visually looked at them and said 5mm. I'm ba data guy, a measurement as part a multi point inspection should be the default as that has been standard practice and takes only a minute to do all four tires with a tool and record the value. No measurement is subpar tire rotation and as a new EV driver tire performance is important.

Not sure my oil was changed or my filters were checked. Sitting in the waiting area watching the service area TV display... My hood was never opened....If true this would not be the first time this dealership has lied to me.
