I waited nearly 2 hours for my Santa Fe to have basic maintenance service and tires rotated. After the nearly 45 minute drive home, I discovered an email message, sent after I left the Hyundai service center, stating there was an immediate need to replace the cabin and engine filters due to contamination. Now i must make another appointment to drive to Athens and have this issue resolved. I'm just wondering why someone couldn't have told me this face to face WHILE I WAS THERE???

It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation. I was watching the tech work on the camera they have in place. I’m a manager and if this guy played around this long to do this job I think I would have to look at are managers. This is totally uncalled for. I’m totally pissed off about it so when my warranty is over I will go some place else.

We were there almost 2 hours for an oil change. There was a young man and a red headed female going all over the showroom. He was following her like a dog in heat. She had on a really short dress and sat down in front of him practically showing everything even to customers. Not very business like and definitely not professional. We will NOT be doing business here again.
