I dropped my vehicle off to be worked on at the beginning of April, and wasn’t told anything for a week or so about it, so I called and no one could tell me anything about it. So I waited another week and never heard anything so called again and was told it was the engine and couldn’t provide further information. So waited yet again… another week and never heard anything so called again and they said they was busy and would call me back. So I waited on a call back for 2 weeks and never got one. So called again and guess what… they told me they would call me back. And yet again. Never heard anything. So called again and finally was told my engine needed replaced and it was ordered. So waited and then called about a week later and they said they have it in store and shouldn’t take more then a week to put in. So I waited a week and called again and they told me they would call me back and still didn’t! So I called a few days later and they told me it was done finally and they told me all that was left was 5 minutes of paperwork, And I told them I would be there later that day to pick it up in about an hour or a little longer. So I went after an hour and the paperwork still wasn’t done and the women in the service dept. told me to just wait in the lobby for 5-10 min and she would come get me. So I waited for 15 min and heard nothing, and then an hour went by and no one even asked me anything or told me anything. And it took an hour and a half to do supposedly 5-10 min of paperwork when I was one of 3 people in the store. And then they still did not want to apologize for anything. I am very disappointed in don wood. Ever since I started buying vehicles I have only used don wood. But Don Wood Hyundai has ruined that. And I’ll be sure to tell everyone to be careful with your specific dealership. Because that’s the most shady place I’ve been too.

I will never return for service here.
1) Being told multiple times I would be returned a call and was never contacted back
2) being told that my original appointment was canceled because you all could not properly communicate with the body shop, then waiting over a week to have anyone look at it!! Yo should prioritize fixing your mistakes rather than telling ne you will put it back on the schedule then not proceeding to do so in a timely manner
3) Waiting 2+ weeks to be told you could not find anything and didn’t have the tools
4) being told that my car was ready to pick up when it was not and wasting a trip in town. I was told that the text system is automated, but I called to verify it was ready for pickup and was told by Kodah on the phone that it was without them having the knowledge of what was actually happening!! I do not care if the system is automated, me calling to verify is going out of my way to make sure it is taken care of. Kodah not taking the time to verify paperwork and letting me know what was happening is ridiculous— there is no excuse for telling me on the phone it was ready when they were in the dark.
Every experience I have had with this shop has been terrible, and you are clearly unprepared, unorganized, and most of all unprofessional.
