Only issue was having to walk to the other side of the lot to get my car. I’m trying to recover from back surgery and other back issues. It was hard for me to walk to get to my car. I don’t know why they didn’t bring my car back up front where I was.

Our experience was terrible. The communication was very poor. Promised call back 3times that never ha ppened. Was told to bring the car in to be looked at, had it a week and the only thing they did was put it on the computer to get a code. They didn't know how to fix it so , they blamed it on Hyundai companies support tecks. Supposedly they couldn't get ahold of them for a week.The only good thing they did was give me a break on cost of computer diagnostic, since they couldn't fix it. Will never recommend this dealership, ever.
