I DONT KNOW AVERI… but, that doesn’t matter! What matters is my wife knows Averi and trusts her… so the only thing better than providing me great customer service is providing it to my wife. I bought a brand new vehicle, 0 miles. Within first week had to return to dealership with leak and water damage. Took 2 1/2 weeks to install a windshield. I had to keep calling them and asking them the status on my car and they said every time it should be ready by the next day and it wasn’t. Very unprofessional.

After addressing the recall, the door wasn’t restored properly and it rattles when it’s shut. The clips on the cargo net came off and they didn’t bother to clip them back. They are not detailed in their service

I brought my Telluride in for the recall notice concerning the Tow Hitch. Upon checking my vehicle in I specifically mention about the repair. After waiting an hour and half I specifically had to ask whether the repair took place, at that time I was told the part had to be ordered. I ask about a time table for the delivery of this part I was told this was unknown and I would be contacted. It takes me 30 to 35 minutes from my home to your location. If I had known that the part was not in stock I would not have driven that distance. Even two days later I have no idea whether it will be two days, two months or two years before the part arrives. Instead I am in limbo with a vehicle I am being told need to be parked outside for safety reason.

When I made my appointment online I was under the assumption that my car's needs would be taken care of fully. It turns our that my appointment was not fully made (even with receiving a confirmation email) and there was not enough time to complete the necessary service. I was basically told (nicely) that I wasted my time and would have to reschedule this service some time during the week with at least two hours to complete the service. There is no notice online about issues communicating between thd website and center or that a certain amount of time was required. I set aside this time and it was all a waste.
