Your service department attempted to return my vehicle in worse condition than it was when they received it. I am extremely disappointed that the mechanic would allow a vehicle to leave your service department with broken pulley parts literally hanging on the serpentine belt. Mechanic is either incompetent or deliberately tried to hide the damage. The manner in which I discovered the issue, at pick up time in your parking lot is unacceptable. These issues were definitely created while in Community Kia’s care. My last communication with your service department was a text notification that the repairs would be near $900.
Please do not let that mechanic, the one that did work last on my vehicle, anywhere near it. It’s hard to believe that a pulley system could catastrophically fail and be called “normal wear”…
I’m weighing my options and will get back to you soon.

I am 100% satisfied with Mary and all of her effort to make sure everything was correct amd right. However I am also 100% NOT satisfied with how the whole situation was handled. I brought my car in that was drivable was told they could fix what the issue was and then messed it up to the point that the vehicle should not have been driven AT ALL. No loaner, rental or anything to be given to me for their mistake. Mary tried all she could but this is management's fault and is complete BS. I had to drive my vehicle home with basically NO brakes. Great job guy. ???? you are supposed to care about your loyal customers.
