Mario was great. He took the time to give me correct information regarding my service request. I mistakenly asked the gentleman in the cubicle behind Mario the same question (not knowing which one was Mario). That gentleman gave me an off the cuff answer to my question, without looking up the information, which was not even close to what Mario gave me. I’ll chalk it up to him being new & still learning. Mario is a keeper!!

Great service experience. Services were top notch, as always at Home Motors.

I was told on arrival the service would be about an hour. An hour and a half when by and still nothing, a service representative came in and i asked if he could find out how much longer for my vehicle, he said sure no problem. I guess it wasn’t a problem for him as he never checked or came back to give me an update. 2 hours now have gone by so I went to the counter and asked the person to please check on my vehicle, she took my paper to see who the advisor was and he was in the parts area so she asked him the status and he replied why are you asking me, she responded because you wrote up the service order. He went out and was looking around trying to find the paper work and the car. I paid my bill asked for the key and the lady said I didn’t get your key ask the advisor. I went to his cubical area and waited about 5 minutes as he was on the phone when the shuttle driver asked me if i was waiting for a ride or did i need something. I said just my keys so I can make it to my appointment, the advisor heard and said oh your keys are in the car. In all the years i have been going to Home Motors for service and to purchase cars this was the worst service i have received. As a customer my time to is valuable and that is why i scheduled an appointment. Had an update or even a sense of urgency after all that time would have made a big difference in the unprofessional service i did not get.
