Never returned any of our multiple phone calls. Evidently left work well before the end of the work day. We were without our vehicle for two full weeks. It was only when we started to make a big fuss that the vehicle was magically ready. Service Manager was also AWOL before end of business day and didn't return call any phone calls. Tempted to call Better Business Bureau on this place. Yes, I realize a part was back-ordered, but that doesn't excuse no one calling. Also, part came in last week.
