I just picked up my vehicle and alarm keeps beeping which I have never seen before. And I contact the dealer right next day, they are asking $170 for diagnosis again. I would not recommend honda of DTLA to anybody.

Tu vieron mi vehículo 1 semana le desactivaron una alarma que por que según el mecánico ese era el problema y lo hicieron sin mi permiso y mi veiculo hoy en la noche solo pasaron solo 5 horas y cuando encendí el carro apareció el mismo anuncio "CHECAR LA GESTION DEL MOTOR" en el tablero a que estamos jugando se están burlando de uno tienen un equipo de mecánicos incompetentes el mismo tablero dice cuál es el problema por qué no van directo aló que ahí les indique no es un modelo nuevo que tengan que estar adivinando ya les esta diciendo que es el problema qué no hacen bien su trabajo o que están dándome largas hasta que se termine mi garantía ? Señores. Ustedes no pagan a ustedes le pagan por arreglar no entiendo por qué no hacen su trabajo .

I stand outside waiting for someone to help for almost 25 minutes Went inside to ask for someone to help 7 different guys using their phones having conversations between them and all they told me was please wait outside When I came and pick up my car it’s was the same thing 30 min just to pick up my car.! Tbh it’s a horrible experience coming from a Honda dealership

Hello...this correspondence is to address false information that was shared with me on 12/28/2021 at your dealership.  I brought my car in on 12/27 for a scheduled recall fuel pump replacement and also requested an oil change & tire rotation. On 12/28, I was called and told that my car was ready for pickup but in serious need of rear brakes. I was truly concerned that a car with 6100 miles on it (leased new in 2020) had worn out brakes. I was advised that my brakes were severely worn & replacement would cost approx. $300. I picked up my car & shared that I would be getting a 2nd opinion from the dealer, DCH Gardena Honda, that I leased my car from. I was told that the mechanic would not lie. Really?  Today, 12/29, after sending an upset letter to Gardena Honda regarding leasing a vehicle with questionable brakes, I was called and scheduled an appointment to have my brakes thoroughly evaluated. On the phone, they too found it hard to believe that a car with 6100 miles would have worn brake pads. So, with an 11am appt. in the rain worried for my safety I drove to Gardena Honda. Explaining that a thorough evaluation & potential replacement would take a couple of hours and understanding that I had no way to get back home, Gardena Honda sent me home in an Uber. At 1:39, the service manager called to say after a thorough review, it was determined that my brakes were in almost new condition. Instead of a rating or level of 1 (the info shared by your dealership), per Gardena Honda the rating/level is 8. My son in love, who is under the weather, got out of bed to take me to pick up my car. So instead of relaxing at home on my vacation or driving somewhere at peace, the ineptitude of your employee cost me anxiety, time and money. I'm not sure if my age or gender made someone think I should be taken advantage of. I came to your dealership because your location is closer to my home. But I don't revisit places where I don't trust the integrity of the employees. I really should be compensated for my inconvenience.
