Incredible service - especially on the part of Juan, the service manager, who went above and beyond the call to make sure we were taken care of and that our car was repaired. This would never have happened at Culver City Honda. This a great dealership and it’s obvious that management empowers their associates to make decisions on their own. We’ll never take our car anywhere else for service.

This is the second time that I've come to have work done on my car and everything was great except for the fact the one of my windows, (I thinknthe same window) was scratched or had a mark on it after being serviced. Could be from washing, which I appreciate the rinse, but not if the process leaves little nicks on my car or windows. Everything else so far seems to be great, but the small scrapes on car or glass are still a big deal. Especially on tinted windows in the middle of the glass where it is easily noticeable. It just looks bad. I'm hoping I can get off whatever that mark is, but if not I'll definitely be back as I did point it out the the tech, and the person I gave my paperwork to, to retrieve my car. He had a light blue sweater on.
Jacqueline, my service agent, did an exceptional job and my car was ready sooner than expected, but this one issue with the care of my car by the techs is still an issue.

I came to bring my car for an oil change as usual to find out they weren’t gonna take any more walk ins. The first consultant I spoke to was not very professional and it felt like she wanted to intimidate me to stop insisting on checking if they could take me in to get service. I then spoke with the attendant who usually delivers the cars back when service is complete. He was nicer and said he’d check but then luckily I spoke with another kind attendant who right away took my information to start my check in. I explained to her that I was unable to come back another day but I could stay as late as possible to wait for my service to be completed. I usually got help in previous visits from Juan Salazar but he was not there that day. I am a customer for a number of years and this is the first time I had to struggle to get service until I luckily was assisted my Jacqueline. She was very professional and even checked with me before she left for the day. A young man Daniel checked me out at 5:30 pm . Daniel explained all the work done to my car and was very nice and helpful. I hope he first girl who attended me at the beginning will get training on customer service because she was not helpful and didn’t even offer me options if she knew there was no more room for walk ins.
