When I booked the appointment I was quoted 390 something. When I dropped the truck and explained what I was wanting I was told that was inaccurate and it was 295. When they called to say the truck was ready while parking it they said they heard what I wanted to get checked out but it would be $99 and I’m like what? I tried to schedule this as one appointment, I was quoted the price and then the price changed and I think it was because they took the 99 back off and dropped off the item I wanted looked out. Now I have to bring it back another day because I was told on Friday they weren’t sure they would be able to get it done now. It’s a bit frustrating that I’ll have to take more time off work when I was honest about what I wanted from the beginning.

I bought a Tacoma last Tuesday and left the parking lot upon purchasing. The tire pressure light came on after driving a few miles down the freeway. The Toyota of Tri-Cities said it is not under warranty, even if we paid for the warranty. Also, the letters on the Tacoma are falling off, which we noticed when we got home 1.5 hours away from the Tri-Cities. The dealer said it is not covered under warranty. However, the parts guy looked it up cause I said ours are falling off and I was gonna purchase some. The parts guy said it came from the port like that, to their dealer in the Tri-Cities and was wondering why it wasn’t covered. I’m not sure why Toyota of Tri-Cities is selling vehicles with broken tire pressure sensors and lettering that falls off and makes the customer buy new ones and charge a $99 diagnosis fee for the tire sensors.
