Juan was great and friendly. However, it is starting to get a little bothersome coming in with both vehicles and being treated like I am a **** when I come to pick up the vehicle. This is not the first time this happened. If I have questions about suggested things needing to be done next time, I would really appreciate not being talked down to, told “you know, we have a lot of people to see right now” or just feeling rushed. That is unacceptable. I waited patiently in line just as everyone else did and did not deserve the questioning as if I did not have enough cash to cover the total amount nor the huffing and puffing for paying in cash for the service or a quick question by someone else other than Juan checking me out for the day. I also got the hint I was maybe being slightly mistreated by the way other service professionals surrounding this individual kept looking at him when he would respond. Next time, I might ask for a manager or just take both of our vehicles to a different Toyota dealer which is too bad- we have been loyal customers and always sing your praises. I would like to give this person the benefit of the doubt as we all have hard days, but it did not leave a good feeling for me leaving today being it is not the first time. :) hopefully next time will be better.

“I don’t know” isn’t a great answer to give customers. If you don’t know, go ask for help…

The only issue was that the service took much longer than I was told it would when I arrived. Nobody needs to call.

I had rear set cover’s installed. When I got my car back I could not get my radio to work like it did before I I took it in.

Great costumer service and outstanding location, first time here but will definitely be back.

Toyota warranty bumper to bumper 36k miles or 3 years which ever comes first. And my 2021 Tundra had 17k miles with 2 1/2 years. After service they've charged $380.45 for labor. And they didn't find anything wrong A/C (never cold since brand new).they did recharge the freeon then it worked perfectly.
