The poorest customer service. Holding a car for ransom and telling customers they couldn’t take their car that is fully paid for off the lot to get a second opinion for the sensor. Didn’t give me an option. Said the car part won’t be in stock until Saturday. Had to keep my car at the lot. . I called to let them know of a concern. They played it off las if they didn’t know of the conversation they had with my wife and I. Still managed to keep my car. After calling about it The part mysteriously shows up a day early. They complete the repair. All because I went in for an oil change. Ended up finding a slow leak in. New tires. Found out a censor was not working. I’m sure the technician cause the break trying to patch the slow leak. Was Quoted $250. Called shops and found out I could get 4 replacements for $350. I am tired the services department and their treatment of customers. Leaving with a heavier price tag after every visit my wife takes it for a measly oil change. Done with with the price gauging and taking advantage of my wife. Lost a loyal customer and will never do business with Tri cities Toyota. I will purchase my next Toyota elsewhere. Goodbye and thank you for losing our trust. I will make sure to tell people to not go here. Been burned too many time by you guys.

The service providers who work in the garage outside were great. However, the folks who work inside the building in the service dept are rude and disrespectful. I walked in and no one spoke. I said, "ok, do I stay here or go to them outside?" They all looked at me like I was stupid for asking that question and one of them said, "Give us a min." However, no one ever acknowledged that I was still standing there. I left and went to the outside people and they helped me. You all need to train your people in customer service, as if it wasn't for me or other customers, none of you would have jobs. Let's not forget that part.
