Unfortunately even though I had a 2;30 appointment and asked the tech if I would be out before 4:00, which his said yes 'you vehicle will be next", I didn't get out until after 4:15. I was late to a wedding.
If I would have been told there was a chance of the service running late, I would have rescheduled.

I bought my yota 1.5 years ago from you and have never been satisfied from your establishment. There is not one thing I would recommend except the vehicle except. I am so disappointed with the service I have received from every single oil change I have gotten there. Every time I come there it just gets worse. There is a giant sign when you pull in that says to stay in your car to check-in yet no one comes and checks you in …they send you inside. My window shield wiper fluid has never been filled. When I called this past time they said it should have been but it wasn’t . When I called they questioned if my low fluid light was one…I don’t have a light. Shouldn’t they know more about my vehicle than me??!! I will never return to your place.
