I took my car so they can clean the oil that was on my engine. From the last time they had it when they did an oil change they had spilled some around the engine. The lady that helped me said there was no oil that she checked it herself and they did a power wash to clean it. When I got it back the check engine light was on again and my car was struggling when I hit the gas. They said it was the knock sensor that was showing up after they said I had to pay $99 for the diagnosis even though it was in their hands when that problem happened. The knock sensor was already changed with Kia from a recal they had. I ended up taking my car all messed up to the kia dealership. They looked at it and they noticed there was oil in my engine like I had said. I made sure to get that in writing because the lady at Toyota pretty much called me a liar. So now I don’t have a working car. I will never go back to Toyota again. I put a complaint with the Attorney General because I don’t want to deal with the horrible service I had at Toyota again.

The service department is completely disorganized and staffed incorrectly. Every time I bring my truck in the wait just to be helped is unjustifiably long even after scheduling an appointment. It appears there’s too many technicians based on how much inactivity is going on and there isn’t enough direct customer support staff to direct traffic and answer questions. This comes from someone who has experience working in and managing a lube shop. The only reason I come back is to make sure I don’t void warranties and stay up on any possible recalls. Other than that there’s no incentive for me to come back.

I was told my steering wheel issue could be addressed when I was there, upon arrival they said I would have to leave it another 2.5 hours and I couldn't, so now I have to reschedule even tho it was my primary reason for service today. Than, no tire rotation was done, no car wash, nothing was at the level I have had before. I seriously was not happy. I'm even doubting the oil was changed as my friend was there 2.5 hours and I was in and out.
