Thanks for giving me regular updates while my car was being fixed. A part had to be ordered and so I had to leave my car in the shop overnight. But as soon as the part arrived the next day, my car was quickly fixed and I was able to pick it up early. Happy that my car is working well again.

He did great! Why does the printed form say there was an oil change and it wasn't changed. The rig has synthetic oil and was not changed this time because of that. It's changed every 10k miles. So why does it say it was "changed"?

My fault …. Should have been explicit in requesting a new battery… I got the oil & lube…but the reason for coming was for a new battery.
Also I would have appreciated to have been informed on the cleaning of the air filter as well. Finally my rear liscense plate lamp was dangling by the electrical wires when I got home to store the MR2…will have to reconsider a future appointment.
