Over a 2 hour wait for a simple oil change with an appointment is unacceptable. It wasn’t even started until I finally inquired after an hour and 45 minutes after my checkin. I prepaid for two years of service. Also oil was dribbled across several portions of the engine so it started smoking on the way home and now smells like burnt rubber and burnt oil mixed. Really disappointed and wish I hadn’t prepaid.
