My appointment was at 12:30 for service left around 4pm. My check engine light was flashing when I started driving it and my car was struggling to drive. When I took it it was perfectly fine with no issues. They changed the engine on my car for a recall that my car had so there hasn’t bn issues until I got my car back today. Now they want to charge me $746 for an issue that wasn’t there before I took my car. So my experience was horrible.

Bought a vehicle at this location. Brought it in for the first service. horrible service from employees. Front desk lady was rude, didn’t explain anything. Never called or texted when the vehicle was finished. The lady giving out snacks looked like she didn’t like her job. Just horrible service to be exact. From now on I will just be going to my local Toyota dealer. Not worth the almost 2 hour drive to get service like this.

The service rep could not find my 2019 forerunner on file under my name nor under the VIN number. My VIN number had someone else’s name attached to it. The service rep kept researching the problem and finally got my name associated with my VIN #. It took about 25 minutes to correct the situation. Other than this the service was completed.

I got a "false" maintenance required indication on my speedometer screen. You plugged it into your computer to let it diagnose the problem. There was "no problem"! Yet, you charged me $120.00 for doing nothing because "nothing" was wrong with it. Seems very suspicious to me!
