I was standing in the service room for a little bit before Jomi asked if she could help me. I’m glad I got her as my service provider. When I first showed up to the service room I waited there for a while and when the only guy there finally had time to talk to me, he told me the paperwork couldn’t be started because the vehicle wasn’t on site. It was presently being towed there because of a bad alternator. This was also after jumping this vehicle 5 times trying to get it there from my house and finally giving up a couple blocks away. Jomi helped me when I told her it was being dropped off by the tow truck. Why couldn’t the other service provider do the same?
