As I was reading the paperwork from the Technician David Macias it was noted that I have a cracked drivebelt, the drivebelt was just replaced in Oct of 2022. So is that something that you would do for free? Since it was just replaced?

Daniel Jones was the absolute best from day 1. Originally came in for mid-service, when Jomi started the process to get our cracked windshield fixed. Then, Daniel took over from there. We ran into a few bumps (mis-packaged glass) but Daniel was very communicative, responsive and informative. When dropping off the vehicle for the windshield, I noticed an alert on my dash. The team got it figured out and had the part ordered for us. In the mean time we couldn’t drive our vehicle so Daniel got us into a rental through Toyota. Thank you Daniel and the Toyota team for your outstanding service.

Extremely long time for an oil change, paper work was sitting at the service desk and no one came to get me . I had to inquire as to the status of my car. Overall disappointing. But lesson learned I can find another place to take my car. Thank you
