I scheduled my appoint, arrived, I was told it would be one hour. I have never ever had my oil change done in one hour. Went in to the waiting room, waited patiently, after 2 hours (which was no problem) I was paged to pay and check out. I gather my things which takes about 5-10 minutes and see the guy who is still checking out someone else. Again I wait. I find that the price quoted is not the price quoted. Already late. I say no. I go out and search all parking stalls on 3 sides of the building. I return to ask where the car is he directs me to the north side of the building. I go out and find my car in the last row in the farthest stall available. I get in my car and leave. As a travel nurse from

When I called in to make the appointment, I asked if we were up for an oil change. He said no. When we got to our appointment we found out that we were ready to receive an oil change after all.
The problem with that is, we went and bought oil and changed it ourselves because we were going on a long trip to Utah and didn’t want to go over the mileage for our oil to be changed.
I specifically called to get the service that we thought we were eligible for before our trip to make sure everything was good to go on a longer trip so that we would feel a peace of mind while traveling.
Gerald Berg was excellent in helping us get the other services that we came in for. We appreciated his kindness!

I just requested maintenance services with Toyota and Lithia Dodge. I had no issues getting an appointment and my needs met immediately with Toyota. I had to call back a second time to get on the schedule at the other dealership and even though I did get an appointment, the telephone conversation took too much time. I will continue to purchase Toyota vehicles (leasing two right now).
