When I arrived, a salesman was outside chatting and as I drove up he came to my car because I STOPPED in the driveway in order to let my friend behind me know that she needed to drive my son’s car to the service entrance. He was EXTREMELY rude to both of us. I wasn’t PARKED there, only stopped to call her. Then, the service appointment I had previously made ended up being a bit of a nightmare. If I hadn’t bought my 3 vehicles there I wouldn’t go back.

Really appreciated Daniel’s regular communications. He was thoughtful about my care. Really liked that when the technician found an anomaly with what they thought the problem was he held off going any further.
