Stacy and other staff were very helpful and friendly. My car was serviced in a timely manner, no problem. But then it took about 30 to 35 minutes for the paperwork to be completed. Not sure what happened. I want to emphasize that the people were great, it seems there was a process breakdown for paperwork/billing. Other than that, a good experience!

Perhaps the service department was just short handed but I had to stand there waiting at least 10 min along with the other people while the service advisors were doing other things and not even helping customers. Same when I picked the vehicle up. A long wait just standing there while advisors didn’t even has customers at their counters. Not sure what was going on.

Raul was not welcoming, no customer service. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what. I went to ask if my car was ready, I didn’t even get my question out and he said with a rude daminer said you’re car is not ready go have a seat and we’ll let you know when it’s ready. Very rude. Then I paid for the service he failed to explain what was done and I said ok thank you and he didn’t even acknowledge me. Very bad experience with Mr. Raul Sanchez.

When I was called from the waiting room that my car was ready, I went to the service desk to pay and receive my keys. Nobody even acknowledged me for almost 20 minutes until I finally had to ask for my keys. Well, apparently you were understaffed, but that doesn’t excuse your team from poor customer service. There were several other customers there waiting also. A simple “we will be right with you” would serve you well. Regardless, 20 minutes to get my keys is ridiculous.
