Gerald was great and very helpful. When I got home I noticed my front skid plate was missing 2 spacers so the 2 front bolts have a large gap between them and the skid plate. If I could get those spacers that would be greatly appreciated.

WASTE OF TIME I WAITED FROM 7:30AM to about 10:30AM for a recall and an oil change would’ve never came here if it wasn’t for the recall, they NEVER DID IT! NEVER TOLD ME ABOUT NOT DOING IT THE WHOLE POINT OF THE APPOINTMENT, tried to add extra for filters and while they did that left a hose unconnected did not notice until I got home and replaced the filters my self saw a hose connected to absolutely nothing. Waste of time

What was supposed to take “60-90 minutes” actually took nearly 3 hours.
I get it, it looked like you guys were swamped and missing some folks. Everyone we talked to and worked with was friendly, highly professional, and apologized repeatedly for the wait. During our wait we did a test drive with Carlos Mendoza (great guy!)
We would easily rate you 5/5 stars, if it wasn’t for the wait.

I was surprised at the final cost. I went in with notion that I was getting a new battery ~$200 coming out paying 10 times as much from the initial estimate Yes I agreed to have the fluids and spark plugs changed. But a factor of 10.
