Jomi Gross should be terminated indefinitely. She's very unprofessional, condescending, and unwilling to hear out concerns about her work. She says there are no issues,
when the "notes" say otherwise. She makes up diagnosis stipulations. Clearly she damaged parts to my vehicle and not taking care of the problem.

When people show up at your business at least acknowledge they are present. There were 4 people at their computers looking at their screens not one looked up, said hello, said we’ll be with you shortly or even acknowledged my presence! Not one really had Eye contact, said hello or gave a smile..it was like they waited on the other to take care of me. I felt like I was a **** to them! Teach them friendly customer service, it goes a long ways. When I made my appointment I told them I had another 2 hours later and would 1.5 hours be enough they said yes. It was a tire rotation and check. I had to ask to different people to get my car, one said it wasn’t possible it was Toyotas mandatory point inspection. I waited another 10-15 minutes and asked another gal who actually got out of her chair and made the effort to go check in on my car and got my paperwork to get me checked out. I pre purchased the service for my car but I think I’d like to try another dealership. I’ve had , Nissan, infinity, Acura and my customer service has been superior to the experience I have had with Toyota of Tri-Cities.
