The job that was requested was done and I appreciate that. However I was told it would take an hour so I opted to stay and wait. I wouldn’t have minded if it took a bit longer, I understand how work can get backed up. But it wasn’t until 4 hours later that I was given my keys back. I would prefer to hear that the job could take a few hours and then possibly get done earlier. But being told it would be a short wait then spend 4 hours waiting, wasn’t the best experience, mostly because I had my young baby with me. We have always appreciated Toyota and how they work with us. This was just not in keeping with the great customer service that we normally do receive. But I truly appreciate your work and time and hope my time is considered as well. Thank you.

I had my car in for service a few weeks ago for five things to be done, and none of it got done. I was charged for the work and told it was all completed, but in the following days and weeks I discovered that the repairs were not made. I’ve had to come back twice to get the work completed. I don’t trust that it’s all complete now, but I am monitoring my tire pressure closely to see how it goes.
