A metal clamp somehow ended up in my A/C blower. That caused my blower to somehow pull the air filter into blower fan and make a awful noise when I turned on my A/C. I thought it had broken something. This now causes me to doubt the workmanship of whoever conducted the maintenance of my vehicle. The lack of attention to detail does not make me feel confident of what you guys did to my truck. The dealer staff that remedied the situation where helpful and attentive though. I would have liked to see my vehicle inspected a little more thoroughly given the engine bay was the only part inspected since the rear diff, brake, power steering fluids were replaced which likely involve a number of metal clamps.

I have an older RAV4 that was in great running condition except for an issue with the computer that runs the transmission. Apparently a technical service bulletin had been issued many years before about this problem but I was unaware of that because my car did not have transmission issues at that time Jomi Gross assisted me when I came in and had to break the news to me that new computers for my 2001 vehicle were difficult to come by and without one of those my problem could not be fixed. She offered to continue looking though and said she would contact me if she found anything. She did indeed find a new computer for my 2001 RAV4 and got me set up for an appointment to get that put in once it arrived. My vehicle now runs better than it ever has. Thank you so much to Jomi Gross for going the extra mile! Jay checked me in and out the day of the actual repair and he was also very pleasant to work with. Thanks again for fixing my old, but well-loved RAV4!

Appreciate the fact that I had a run flat tire that was bad, and I was driving from Idaho to Nevada with 3 dogs and 4 birds. Drove to the service department this morning, and the service team was very accommodating and got me in and out in 2 hours with a new tire. Thanks again.

I am happy with the service I received, but it seemed like I was a royal pain in the **** when Stacie realized I had a 3rd party warranty and would not pay with my card. I wanted to talk about doing the timing belt and water pump, but I didn’t want to **** him with anymore work. My warranty says it covers the belt, but I’m not sure what the company needs to show it is worn out. Also there were no recommendations for future maintenance. Maybe a good idea to hire another person to get or provide service writers with information. In law enforcement we have our dispatchers we talk to and in-depth info comes from a radio channel called data. They do in-depth information finding that dispatchers are too busy for. Stacie did a good job just seemed a little overwhelmed to get everything to me the customer. Good job.
