I appreciate that they stood by their quote. It’s tough to swallow errors made at times. They did the right thing. I might add that Les Schwab where the damage occurred will cover this cost. Had an appointment but waited one hour and 20 minutes. Sticker on mileage in the windshield was incorrect so I had to go back and get a new sticker. Service lady gave me numbers for tire wear and brake ware however that information was not included with a printed invoice.

I had to pay online so I could get my vehicle after the service desk closed. I appreciated that was an option. But I should have been able to see the entire invoice BEFORE paying. And I couldn’t. Once I paid and received the invoice, it shows on there that the reason for replacing the spark plugs was “I’m not sure.” If they aren’t sure WHY they are replacing the spark plugs, why am I paying many hundred of dollars for them??? That was a big disappointment. I wish I could have seen the invoice prior to paying. Besides that, everything else was good.

Things were not completed, but Juan was on his lunch break so he was not available to make sure the car was ready. My brand new floor mats were installed, but whomever drove my car back to the service bay was wearing filthy boots, and the evidence was all over my new mat, the brake pedal, and the side wall of the driver’s side floor area.
