Service person in the garage was great, she was very helpful. My wife and I have been customers for a fairly long time and we are continually disappointed with the level of professionalism of the service staff that are posted in the building. I understand their job has to be challenging, you’re having to manage a person’s expectations, their frustration etc. However, is it to much to ask that someone acknowledges you when you are the only person in there. I don’t need to be helped straight away, but it would nice for one of them to say “hello” or “one of us will be right with you”? Anything would be better than nothing. I honestly don’t know why I take the time to give you any feedback, because nothing ever changes with that small group. I hate to complain, but I don’t think I’m being unreasonable, you are a service oriented business, so do better. You’re Toyota, act as if. Thank you for listening. Ps. It should be your goal for every person in your group to say hi to a certain number of customers in a day.
