Cabin air filter was not replaced per maintenance guide. Service Representative told me Toyota of Tri Cities did not replace the cabin filter because it would have cost an additional $40.00 and they did not call me to ask if I wanted it changed or not because they thought I would not want to pay extra. ???

Did a” job” without confirmation from anyone in the family. Up charged, and took FOREVER after scheduling an “appointment”. Should’ve just brought it in without an appointment. And problem of the “job” wasn’t fixed. Very unprofessional and can tell Toyota just wanted a sale. Disappointed.

When I drove in I was checked in by an adviser who told me that Jomi would take it from there. So I went in and was rather rudely met by Joni who told me I would have to wait because she was busy with another customer. She finished wsith that and I told her I was checking in for my 9:30 appt. Rudely she said where is your car. I told her it was in the reception area where I left it. She immediately went outside and was told I had already checked in. She came back with an attitude that I was an idiot for bothering her. The rudest adviser I have ever had in my many years of Toyota ownership.
