Everything went well once I was checked in, but it took an inordinate amount of time for anyone to talk to me after I pulled into the bay. I waited at least twelve minutes before one of the passing mechanics noticed I was just standing there by my vehicle and asked if anyone had checked me in yet (kudos to that guy, he did get the right person’s attention). While I was waiting another vehicle pulled in behind me and was checked in as soon as he got out.

I wish they would have called me to offer me the options on my retractable running boards i paid to diagnosis. I paid $100 for nothing...to be told they didn't work. They could have offered to disconnect...like it said in the paperwork

I can’t really answer this yet. I drove my vehicle around running errands and it was fine. When I got onto the highway to drive home, my steering wheel was really shaking. It seemed to get better the closer I got to my house, but I need to drive it tomorrow and see if it’s still shaking.
