I had to come in twice for the recall work to get done. My first appointment, Feb 14th, I waited an hour after check in to be told that your service department didn't have the correct parts on hand and that I would receive a phone call to reschedule as soon as the part came in. I never got a call from your service department but I called back eventually to schedule an oil change and mentioned the recall and was scheduled for that too.
Then your service department performed a "free tire rotation" during this service appointment. Now I need an alignment because it's DANGEROUS driving at highway speed because they may have rotated the tires but they didn't align them correctly. I has driving the next day and was shocked at how bad it was. This is extremely irritating to me and I will just go to Les Schwab to get the work done. I will avoid your service department.

We paid for a premier car wash. When we got home my wife noticed greasy, slippery liquid pooling on the drivers side Weather Tech liner. Brake pedal and gas pedal became slippery. Took half an hour to clean it off the liner. Other liner seemed OK.Would appreciate some type of credit on our next service.
