I am always satisfied with the work that is done on my vehicle. However, I had made a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation…it took 2.5 hrs to complete! What’s the point of making an appointment for such a simple work order?! Scheduled appointments should always have priority over those that just “show up”.
