I had to call at 3 o’clock to find out the status of my vehicle when my appointment was at one. And at 3 o’clock they notified me that the car had not been worked on yet. I had a great experience with the representative that was helping me but overall it seems unreasonable that if you guys are aware the keys get stuck in the service dropbox often that you would be checking to make sure there’s no keys stuck in there every day. And then you sent me three notification texts before my appointment and then when I had not “showed up” (even though my vehicle was there you just had not checked the key drop for the service box. ) you don’t even call me

This is the worst truck I’ve ever owned. It’s a piece of complete shut with 60000 miles on it. $35000 worth of crap. I’m selling it and never buying a Toyota from this place again. You’d think after three cars bought you’d get treated better but I guess it’s about $$$$ not happy customers. You know it took you jerks 15 months after I paid the truck off to let me know YOU lost the title and that cost me another $35.00 to file for lost title which you lost. **** Toyota never again!

I was sent a link to view future repairs for my vehicle, after viewing these repairs I exited out of link. When going back into link like hours later the dollar amount for 1 repair went up by $300. How is that possible? The original estimate was $500 something and then $887. I will take some where else for a 2nd estimate!
