I signed up for a diagnostic appointment for which I was told would cost me $100 and would be a maximum of 1 hour and a half. They lied and charged me double and took over 3 hours and didn’t even get me my diagnostic! The worker Juan told me he wouldn’t release my vehicle unless I paid the $200!! I am very dissatisfied with the service provided! While waiting my husband asked the girl at the desk for a cookie and she answered him very rudely that he can only get one because those were the only ones they had and put them away! Toyota stole not only $100 from me but my time as well!!
