I wish they would have called me to offer me the options on my retractable running boards i paid to diagnosis. I paid $100 for nothing...to be told they didn't work. They could have offered to disconnect...like it said in the paperwork

I can’t really answer this yet. I drove my vehicle around running errands and it was fine. When I got onto the highway to drive home, my steering wheel was really shaking. It seemed to get better the closer I got to my house, but I need to drive it tomorrow and see if it’s still shaking.

Brianna mentioned the appointment would take up to hour and half when the quoted one hour. Did not discussed the technicians finding I had to ask. Just gave me the keys to my car and said it was out the door. The parking lot does not have the best lighting it would have been nice to be shown my car. So not my best experience but not my worst.
